The Bride Wore Reem Acra: HRH Princess Taghrid Muhammad of Jordan Celebrates Her Daughter’s Wedding
The bride wore a custom dress, by one of the region’s most notable designers…
Jordan’s Samiha Zaid Al-Fayez, the adopted daughter of Her Royal Highness Princess Taghrid Muhammad and the late His Royal Highness Muhammad bin Talal of Jordan, wed her long-time beau Zaid Al-Rifai, son of the Kingdom’s former Prime Minister Samir Al-Rifai, in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by friends and family last Friday.
According to King’s Academy, Samiha and Zaid’s story began in an AP Human Geography class. High school sweethearts, Samiha is quoted saying, “Zaid and I attended our high school’s first prom together in 2010! It was the first ever prom in King’s Academy’s history, so it’s a special memory,” and the two have been an integral part of each other’s lives ever since.
The elegant couple became engaged back in 2019. For their nuptials, Samiha wore a custom white Reem Acra dress with floral detailing and an embroidered veil, while Zaid looked smart in a black tux.
