The Big Day is here. The nuptials of Jordan’s Crown Prince Al Hussein and Rajwa Alseif are less than a few hours away.
The official news came in on December 31 by the official Royal Hashemite Court’s Instagram page with a caption sharing details, “The Royal Hashemite Court is pleased to announce that the wedding of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif will take place on June 1, 2023. The Royal Hashemite Court extends its sincere congratulations to Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah on this occasion and wishes His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif a lifetime of happiness #Jordan.”
And since the happy announcement, several details about the upcoming festivities have been released…
The Official Logo To Mark The Occasion…
The Royal Hashemite Court shared the official wedding logo this past Sunday on Twitter, including a beautiful Arabic calligraphy symbolising, ”We Rejoice.”

Representatives from various royal families around the world are expected to attend.
While the full guest list has not been confirmed publicly, sources reported that King and Queen of Malaysia; the King and Queen of The Netherlands; King Juan Carlos I and Queen Sofía of Spain; Prince Sébastien of Luxembourg; Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark; Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland; Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway; Hisako, Princess Takamado and her daughter, Princess Tsuguko of Takamado, of Japan ; and the Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah ibni Omar Ali Saifuddien III have been invited.
Regional royals have also been invited to the nuptials with some sources reporting that Saudi’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud; HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al-Missned, along with His Excellency Sheik Khalifa Bin Hamad Al Thani; and Oman’s Crown Prince Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said.
Other dignitaries include Pakistan’s Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari; Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid and First Lady First Lady Shanaz Ibrahim Ahmed.
None of the members of the Royal Family of Jordan have confirmed the official guest list. However, netizens are awaiting the big day.
According to several sources online, along with Royal attendees, both international and regional media outlets will be given accreditation to cover the wedding.
