Her Birthday comes just days after the Prince and Princess of Wales celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary.
When is Princess Charlotte’s Birthday?
Princess Charlotte, the daughter of Prince William and Princess Catherine, was born on May 2, 2015 at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London, England.
The Lindo Wing is a private maternity unit within the hospital and has been the location of several royal births, including Prince William and Prince Harry’s. Following the birth of Princess Charlotte, her parents Prince William and Kate Middleton introduced her to the world on the steps of the Lindo Wing, where they posed for photographs.

What is Princess Charlotte’s full name?
Princess Charlotte’s full name is Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
Where is Princess Charlotte in the line of succession?
Princess Charlotte is third in line of succession to the British throne.
The laws regarding the succession to the British throne were changed with the passing of the Succession to the Crown Act in 2013. The act ended the system of male primogeniture, which meant that male heirs took precedence over their older sisters in the line of succession, regardless of birth order. With the new law, the first-born child of the monarch, regardless of gender, would inherit the throne.
These changes applied to those born after October 28, 2011, which means Princess Charlotte was the first female royal to benefit from the new law.
