Saudi Arabia’s Princess Reema Bint Bandar Al Saud Pays A Visit To “The Beehive” State…

HRH Princess Reema Bint Bandar Al Saud met with Governor Spencer J Cox of Utah and Utah’s First Lady, Abby Palmer, to strengthen the alliance between the state and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the US took to Instagram, writing “Honored to have met with Governor Spencer J Cox of Utah to further the deep friendship between the State of Utah and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

Spending the day with the First Lady of Utah, Her Highness visited The Neighborhood House — a non-profit organization that provides quality affordable daycare for children and adults — and participated in a tour, book reading and Q&A session.

To thank the First Lady of the state for her warm gesture and effort in planning the day, Her Highness shared another post on Instagram, captioning it, “Delighted to have the opportunity to join @AbbyPalmerCox to visit the @nhutah to tour the facility, read to the children, and Listen to their dreams and wonders!”

Her trip to the States follows one of late to New York City in which the Princess facilitated in the historic unveiling of the Saudi 100 Brands initiative, a project which showcases the work of 100 talented Saudi Arabian fashion designers who best reflect the Kingdom’s “heritage and culture”.

Reflecting on her visit, Her Highness shared the following thoughts: “Our nations and our people are more alike than different. We are both religious desert cultures with common values and dreams. We both believe in faith, family and a future shaped by creativity and innovation… Together, we have ensured peace and prosperity, created global stability and promoted progress and understanding.”
