Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s daughter HH Sheikha Mahra Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, took to Instagram to share images from her recent graduation ceremony. “?International Relations?,” she mentions her degree in the caption.
