The day after the event, Her Highness took to Instagram to post one more photo of her exquisite gown – only this time, fans noticed a particular fact that was not evident in any other photo posted by Sheikha Mahra: For the first time ever, Her Highness showed off her baby bump.
Fans flooded the comments section of the photo with well wishes for the Dubai royal, penning, “How cute is that Bump ما شاء الله,” and “Beautiful color ..Beautiful belly for soon a little princess on your way.”

Sheikha Mahra is having a baby girl.
On February 26, 2024, whilst celebrating her birthday alongside her mother and husband, Her Highness Sheikha Mahra took to Instagram to reveal the gender of her baby.
The rose-tinted birthday celebrations aesthetically alluded to the fact that she and her husband, Sheikh Mana Al Maktoum, were expecting a baby girl, which was later confirmed by a pink heart-shaped balloon stating “It’s A Girl.”

Back in October, the couple announced they were expecting. The Dubai royal took to Instagram stories to share an image of an ultrasound scan, revealing that she is expecting a baby — their first child together. “Just the three of us,” Her Highness sentimentally wrote in the caption, tagging her husband Sheikh Mana.
In an exclusive interview with Bazaar Arabia, Her Highness expressed her thoughts on imminent motherhood, sharing, “I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to witness the growth and development of my children. It is my intention to provide them with a nurturing and loving environment, and most importantly, to support them in discovering their true selves. My mother instilled in me the value of showing kindness to others and leading with empathy rather than judgment. I aspire to pass on this important lesson to my own children.”
After the Dubai World Cup Sheikha Mahra spent some quality time with her mother at Nammos.
From attending the Dubai World Cup to showing off her baby bump for the first time ever, Sheikha Mahra’s weekend was nothing short of eventful. It was also a time of bonding and quality time spent with her mother, with whom she attended not only the 28th edition of the races, but also a luxurious dinner at Nammos Dubai.
