Located in The Link on the 24th floor of the One&Only One Za’abeel, Arrazuna is indeed a one-of-a-kind culinary gem that reflects Mehmet Gürs’ gastronomic genius, his bold passion, pioneering spirit, and profound expertise in the global culinary realm at large.

Throughout the years, his exploration of a great variety of gastronomic scenes across the globe resulted in the creation of Arrazuna, which stands as the world’s first restaurant and marketplace to masterfully blend the diverse culinary cultures of the Eastern Mediterranean, the Middle East, and the Arabian Peninsula.

Within one extraordinarily vibrant, social, and cultural space in the recently opened hotel, Arrazuna boasts eight interactive kitchens which collectively introduce us to the multifaceted nature of the regions’ cuisine.

The Alembic masters the art of ancient distillation techniques, whilst a carefully curated selection of the world’s finest regional and international wines awaits at the Wine Shop — which also constitutes the first retail space for wines in a hotel setting. There is no shortage of culinary excellence to be found at the Cheese Shop, Nut Roastery, and Juice Bar — each encapsulating Arrazuna’s flavourful finesse and expertise across a range of culinary specialties.
