Three Grammy award-winning artists are headlining the UAE’s favourite festival…
Returning for its 12th edition, the UAE’s-leading cultural festival has announced some major names in the music industry, catering to an electric mix of music genres from jazz to R&B. Held at Dubai Design District between December 13-15, 2024, festival-goers will have the chance to discover vibrant sounds from both new and upcoming artists.
With Sole DXB right around the corner, this year’s festival is set to kick off with a diverse line-up of artists, featuring headliners James Blake, Tems and The Roots.
The event will also offer fashion showcases, sports tournaments, DJ sets, art installations and engaging workshops. In partnership with Dubai Calendar and Dubai Design District, Sole is also offering extended hours this year, with doors opening at 3pm and closing at 2am.
Who Will Be Headlining At Sole DXB 2024?
James Blake
Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter and producer James Blake will be gracing the main stage on Friday, December 13. Expect to hear some of his biggest hits – from Frank Ocean’s Blonde, to Beyonce’s Lemonade – alongside tracks from his own solo album.
Tems
On Saturday, December 14, global superstar Tems will make her debut at Sole DXB. The Nigerian-born singer-songwriter will be sharing her soulful R&B, pop and Afrobeat sounds with the region – expect hit songs such as Free Mind and Try Me.
The Roots
Known for their legendary stage presence, The Roots will be bringing the festival to its close on Sunday, December 15. The American hip-hop group has won Best R&B Album for Wake Up, Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance for Hang in There with John Legend and Best Group or Duo R&B Vocal Performance for Shine.
