For many of us, a special night out with friends is long overdue – and we’re not talking your basic dinner and a movie. Fortunately, one of the UAE’s most notable arthouse cinemas will be reopening its doors this week and welcoming guests back inside its plush, red velvet interior.
Cinema Akil will be reopening its doors on June 12 and welcoming guests back with an inaugural screening of Michael Winterbottom’s The Trip to Greece. The theatre plans on screening one film every night from Tuesdays through to Saturdays between the hours of 18:00 – 21:00.
