INKED’s latest pop-up, Plaisirs Supreme, pays tribute to Salvador Dali and Christian Louboutin at Art Week this month. The pop-up will create artistically-infused dinners with recipes taken from Dali’s book, Les Diners de Gala and also showcase some of their own creations inspired from Dali and Louboutin. Each meal that is served will be inspired from a different chapter from Dali’s book, adding more value to the art of cooking. Some of these meals are Les Cannibalismes de L’Automne, which translates to The Cannibals of Autumn and Les Délices Petit Martyrs which means The Delights of Young Martyrs.
The five-night pop-up which takes place until March 18 aims to bring the magic of Dali’s paintings to your palette. INKED is open to the public as a part of Alserkal Avenue’s activities and will have one seating every day at 8.30 p.m. for 40 guests.
INKED is a creative culinary experience, founded by Kenza’s passion for culinary arts and Patrick’s experience in events and production. “We are both firm believers in the power of food to connect people, and we wanted it to be the backbone of our project.” The duo pay homage to the art of cooking and share their stories through food.
