Meghan Markle had her debut outing with Queen Elizabeth II for an afternoon of public engagements in Cheshire.
The Queen looked summery in an all-green ensemble by Stewart Parvin, a hat by Rachel Trevor Morgan and black accessories, whilst the Duchess of Sussex opted for a demure Givenchy number by Clare Waight Keller, the same British designer who designed her boat-beck wedding dress. Meghan also chose black accessories and black court shoes from Sarah Flint to finish her look.

Their royal day ahead will include visiting the opening of a bridge, theatre performances and lunch with local dignitaries before heading back to London on the Queen's private royal train.
This is the first time the Suits actress has undertaken public engagements without the Prince Harry.
