Considering it was her first Met Gala red carpet, we would expect Bollywood sensation Alia Bhatt to be more than a little bit nervous walking up the steps; but the actress is a pro. She was cool as a cucumber as she posed for photos before entering the venue.
Alia stepped out in a white Prabal Gurung, accompanying the designer on the journey up the stairs. The dress perfectly played into this year’s theme of the gala and exhibition, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” honouring the late German designer.
Alia’s sister, Shaheen Bhatt, shared a sweet Instagram post celebrating the important moment in her sister’s career.
