The 77th Cannes Film Festival commenced yesterday, lighting up the French Riviera with cinematic excellence and sartorial splendour.
On the red carpet, film stars and celebrities from across the globe put their best fashion foot forward in a spectrum of magnificent looks that encapsulated the grandeur of the annual event.
Running from May 14-25, a few attendees opted to be dressed by regional designers for the opening festivities.
