Kanye West’s rumoured new wife, Bianca Censori, previously served as a designer for the rapper-turned-creative’s renowned line Yeezy – and has been, ahem, making her mark by selecting some unusual outfit looks. The pair tied the knot in an unofficial ceremony in January 2023.
Bianca’s looks have frequently been described as somewhat… unconventional. However, there’s an intriguing air of self-assurance in her demeanor that is undeniably commendable.
Recently, she was seen with Kanye in Los Angeles, casually enjoying a quick lunch. On this particular outing she wore sheer leggings, a black t-shirt, and appeared to be shoeless.
While this ensemble may appear eccentric or disordered, it bears a strong resemblance to the fashion choices of Kanye’s former wife, Kim, and her sister Kendall. This raises the question: are tights as trousers actually becoming a trend? Could their endorsement by a Kar-Jenner make them a thing?
In November, Kendall bravely ventured outside her house sporting a daring Bottega Veneta combination of briefs and sheer tights.
Reflecting on an earlier fashion moment, back in 2019, Kim Kardashian made heads turn when she confidently rocked a pair of black sheer shiny leggings (no surprises there!) at a red carpet event in Paris.
So… are tights as trousers actually going to become a thing?
