Dior’s Designer Of Dreams Exhibition Is Set To Arrive In Riyadh
Following its success at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, a stylish retrospective will open at the Saudi National Museum in November
The Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams exhibition will be unveiled in Riyadh from November 21, 2024 to April 2, 2025. It is part of the highly anticipated Riyadh Season 2024, bringing a myriad of exclusive entertainment events to the capital.
Under the direction of curator Florence Müller and scenographer Nathalie Crinière, the prestigious exhibition is set to showcase the maison’s rich history and enduring legacy.
After a sensational showcase at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Saudi National Museum is eager to host the esteemed retrospective as an ode to Dior’s signature grandeur and sartorial elegance.

In an unforgettable experience that fuses art, style, and couture, spectators can expect to be captivated by a celebration of Dior’s seventy-year history. Visitors will embark on a journey through the courtier’s world, from its origins at the legendary 30 Avenue Montaigne atelier, to the founder’s passion for the natural world.
Elements that influenced the brand’s DNA will be explored in depth, with emphasis on how the Age of Enlightenment and Dior’s love for opulence inspired by Versailles shaped his creative process. Attendees can also delight in the visual spectacle of a suite of haute couture designs crafted by Monsieur Dior and his renowned successors.

After exploring the exhibition, visitors can indulge in a cup of coffee or a decadent dessert from the lavish Dior café, and peruse the gift shop for a curated edit of chic mementos.
