Originally created by in 2018, the Chanel Coco Beach 2021 collection has been reimagined by house creative director, Virgine Viard, including a ready-to-wear line that reflects coastal resorts, the sun, the seaside, and a chic beachside lifestyle.
The French fashion house has tapped French musical icon Angèle Van Laeken as the face of this range.
“This collection completely suits me: in the celebration of a free, relaxed allure, in the ‘joie de vivre’ that it exudes. Nothing is more important to me than being comfortable. As it’s a summer collection, it gives you hope, you already want to be there,” she says.
The new range will officially launch in May in two boutiques: Saint-Tropez and in the ephemeral boutique on Jeju Island in South Korea. Following this, the collection will be available in June in a selection of Chanel boutiques internationally.
