FTA Prize Once Again Opens Its Doors To Acknowledge Talented Artists From The Arab World
While the FTA Prize 2021 winners’ announcement will take place in Doha coming November 2021, designers across the MENA region can NOW submit their applications….
With the ethos of recognising, advocating financial support, and providing guidance and mentorship to emerging artists from the MENA region, FTA (Fashion Trust Arabia) Prize is the first initiative of its kind in the Arab world – driven by the huge-success of the BFC Fashion Trust in the UK.
While this extravagant affair was first launched in 2018, under the patronage and mentorship of FTA’s honorary chair HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, and co-chairs HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani and Tania Fares – FTA has once again open its door to celebrate fashion this November, 2021.
With the opening of accepting applications for the coming season, talented artists can now register and apply in the following categories: Evening Wear; Ready-to-Wear; Accessories (Shoes-Bags); Jewellery (Fine-Fashion); Debut Talent.
Through the previous years, one has witnessed internationally-renowned artists like Victoria Beckham, Pierpaolo Piccioli, Naomi Campbell and Hailee Steinfeld, to name a few, who have attended the event Celebrating Fashion. We definitely cannot wait to see what’s in store for us this year!Â
