Gucci’s Cruise 2018 Show Will Be Held In Florence

Set to be another spectacular show

Alessandro Michele and the whole Gucci team are heading back to their roots for Cruise 2018, by hosting the show in Pitti Palace’s Palatina Gallery in Florence. Working alongside the Uffizi Gallery and the city, Gucci has also created a project around the collection and donated two million euros to help restore the Boboli Gardens which is overlooked by the historical venue.

Drawing much of his inspiration from the past and the opulence that went hand in hand with such a venue as Pitti Palace, Michele is set to create another breath-taking collection. No stranger to using such location Gucci’s 2017 Cruise show saw fashion’s finest gather at London’s Westminster Abbey which was the set for Bazaar’s July/August Issue cover shoot and the year before in New York City’s Chelsea neighbourhood.
