Kenzo Will Launch Their New Sneaker Design In Dubai

Along with 4 other cities, before they launch anywhere else

Good news for sneakerheads in the UAE, Kenzo have revealed that Dubai will be one of only five places worldwide to release their new shoe, the ‘Kenzo Move’ before it hits stores globally. The unisex design, which stylishly marries comfort and fashion, features a stitched tiger motif, contrasting coloured sole and soft upper so you can wear them when you’re working out or just add them to your everyday wardrobe. 

A closer look at the shoe’s leaping tiger motif

The shoe is part of the brand’s new collection titles ‘La Collection Memento N°1’, which revisits archive pieces from the time of the house’s founder Kenzo Takada, hence the inclusion of the tiger motif, an early Kenzo staple. 

“With the versatility that sneakers play in everyday life and for all occasions, we were excited to include the Kenzo Move in “La Collection Memento N° 1”. By using an archival tiger motif and creating the new shape of the sneaker, we feel like this sneaker is perfectly relevant for today,” Kenzo designers Carol Lim & Humberto Leon commented on the launch.
