Malone Souliers Teams Up With Natalia Vodianova For A Good Cause

The pair have created heels with a heart

British brand Malone Souliers have teamed up with supermodel Natalia Vodianova to design a line of footwear with a purpose. Giving back 50% of the proceeds from the sale of the shoes to the Naked Heart Foundation, a charitable organization founded by Vodianova, Mary Alice Malone, co-founder and creative director of Malone Souliers created the shoe with woven tapestries in mind, opting for heavy stitching with a tied tassel detail and red leather trim.

The duo worked together to create a custom collection inspired by Natalia’s Russian heritage. Featuring intricate embroidery, the heels and loafers featuring the words “My Naked Heart” stitched onto the front and are stamped with her signature inside the shoe.  Launching with her ‘Play With Purpose’ program, Natalia has expanded her outreach with the Naked Heart Foundation since 2004 to include creating schools, rehabilitation centers and orphanages all over Russia with the aim of providing education and healthcare facilites to children in need.
