Moda Operandi Collaborates With Middle Eastern Designers

So it comes as no surprise that on September 6, the prestigious platform welcomed talented Middle Eastern designers to their site. Strengthening the Middle East’s international fashion presence, Moda Operandi has launched a new trunk show featuring SS18 collections from Bambah, Bthaina, Kalyah, Maison Yeya and Vanina.

“We were thrilled to collaborate with Moda Operandi on our Spring 18’s collection, and enjoyed working with their team who inspired us to built a collection around our signature pieces,” said Tatiana Fayad and Joanne Hayek, co-founders and designers of Vanina.
For many of these designers, collaborating with Moda Operandi is an honor as well as an excellent opportunity for international exposure.

Maha Abdul Rasheed, designer of Bambah, explains how it’s a great opportunity for customers to get the first look of her collection and to be able to pre-order their favourite pieces before it arrives in stores.
“This collection is one of my personal favourites- as it’s inspired by the magical beauty of India and infuses a plethora of colors and patterns with an emphasis on gold metallics for added richness,” she says. “In addition to our main evening wear category, we have also introduced a lot of fun and flirty separates and easy-to-wear styles that would appeal to a more international and casual audience that Moda Operandi caters to.”
