Noon.com Has Just Launched Saudi Arabia

This marks a few era for e-commerce in the Kingdom

Saudi Arabia is making headlines this year for its progressive steps, first with the announcement that the female driving ban will be lifted followed the announcement sports stadiums reopening for families and the return of public movie theatres. And now the Kingdom marks a new era for e-commerce with the launch of Noon.com, the $1 billion e-commerce website founded by Dubai business mogul Mohamed Alabbar, in Saudi Arabia.

The website, which opened its virtual doors to the UAE in October, has partnered with market leaders, plus small and medium enterprises, to gain a greater share of the e-commerce market in the region.
