If feature films were supposed to be at the centre of everyone’s attention this week, we could not stop ourselves from being drawn to the looks, style and taste of those from the region who attended the Venice International Film Festival.
Fully-fledged member of the Big Three of motion picture festivals along with Cannes and Berlin, the annual competition is usually recognised for the freedom of expression granted through film; but this year it is the freedom of expression through linen, silk and cloth that have been worth keeping an eye on.
