Cinematic Icon Yousra Was A Vision In Zuhair Murad At The Oscars

It’s safe to say we all wished we were in the City of Angels last night but we can always live our dreams through Yousra, who dazzled on the Oscars red carpet last night. The elegant Egyptian actress was invited to join the voting panel of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences last year, and therefore was in attendance at the Oscars last night. A true red carpet veteran, Yousra dazzled wearing an Arab designer on the red carpet.

Opting for a striking, draped Spring-Summer 2020 couture gown from one of Lebanon’s most acclaimed designers, Zuhair Murad, Yousra radiated Arabian glamour. The collection, which seems to draw inspiration from Egyptian culture and heritage might have been the reason why the cinematic icon was drawn to his work. The golden shimmering detailed bodice contrasting with a soft, flowing draped ivory skirt with the fierce caped, embroidered sleeves worked to acctuate Yousra's Egyptian heritage and undeniable star power.

Yousra accessorised the glamourous look with timeless from Nara fine jewellery and an elegant box clutch from Lebanese accessories brand La Rose De Sim. The complete look was created by talented Egyptian stylist and fashion designer Mai Galal.
