As the show-stopping event comes to an end, we look back at some of the breathtaking collections that graced the runway this season

Riyadh Fashion Week returned for its highly-anticipated second season at the prestigious venues of Tuwaiq Palace, Digital City, and JAX District. An astonishing 30 home-grown Saudi fashion designers, both renowned and upcoming – unveiled their sartorial excellence on the runway, with their talent and innovation attracting stars internationally.

The star-studded affair featured glamourous ensembles and A-list sightings as the celebration of regional fashion commenced once more. This year, Riyadh Fashion Week honoured and celebrated tradition with artistic expression, with each day presenting a diverse line-up of captivating, visionary designers.

As the much-loved industry event comes to an end, Bazaar Arabia shares all the show-stopping highlights across the week.

Highlights From Riyadh Fashion Week 2024

Tima Abid

Harper’s Bazaar Saudi Fall 2024 cover star and designer — debuted a dazzling collection featuring bold cuts and innovative embroidery in striking shades of red, black and brown. The collection explored Saudi craftsmanship and exuded femininity and modernity. Her signature style, which brings a unique element to traditional clothing, was showcased at Riyadh Fashion Week.

Atelier Hekayat

Saudi-based luxury fashion brand Atelier Hekayat, launched in 2012 by fashion designers and sisters Alia and Abeer Oraif – stunned the audience during their captivating runway show. The collection features an array of vibrant pieces, unveiling the brands signature and innovative appeal.

Adnan Akbar

The Saudi visionary who owns the KSA’s first couture house from the 1970s opened the ceremony with a collection exuding luxury and glamour. It was an eye-catching collection that blended timeless elegance and contemporary features. The dresses featured intricate embroidery to complement the chic designs and varied cut-outs and silhouettes.

Waad Aloqaili

The Saudi couture house which specialises in glamorous evening and wedding gowns – unveiled timeless elegance through its dazzling S/S 25 collection, showcasing the luxurious heritage of Saudi.

Fatima Alabdulqader

Fatima Alabdulqader’s bridal collection showcased a dreamy floral look for the modern bride with varied sleeve cuts and geometric embroidery inspired by the Nadji heritage.

Kaf By Kaf 

The contemporary Saudi brand boldly redefined women’s wear in a collection featuring vibrantly embroidered floral hues and bold silhouettes, embodying a mix of technology and nature. Recurring elements of florals appeared on the runway collection.

Honayda

Globally renowned Saudi designer Honayda Serafi brought a blooming collection of vivid colours and floral patterns in her S/S 2025 Collection. Egyptian silver screen star Nelly Karim closed the show in a long black dress and abaya decorated with red roses.

MD29

Truly showcasing bold energy on the runway is MD29’s latest chic S/S 25 collection, featuring strong, statement cuts and designs. The line seamlessly blends elements of class and elegance, with a sophisticated edge.
