With a pulse on the best in global fashion, the campaign marks the landmark unveiling of the department store’s personal shopping services.  VIP guests now have a luxury fashion concierge waiting for them upon arrival, along with special tailoring services. Each client is privy to insider access to the latest from luxury designers like BOSS, Taller Marmo, and Cucculelli Shaheen. 

Enjoy first-rate services ranging from shoe and bag restoration by Fabram to professional tailoring and custom product embroidery.

The in-house Aveda salon is now the go-to place with a hair styling squad and grooming team for five-star pampering. 

VIP Club access ensures that guests are invited to exclusive events, pop-ups and are the first to shop special collections and collaborations from Palm Angels x Moonboot, and drops from Coperni, Blumarine, and PH5… just to name a few. An added plus, a professional perfumer is available to take customers on a journey of scents, offering them the opportunity to find an expertly matched scent.

A leading hub for local and world trends, the UK-shrine to fashion has called the Mall of the Emirates its home since 2006. The debut event kicked off Jan 13 and will end on March 1st.
