Dubai is Getting A New Luxury Shopping Mall

The centre will be located about 15 minutes away from downtown Dubai

Known for its shopping destinations and luxury experiences, Dubai is getting a new mall estimated at Dhs 210 million.

Slated for completion in the second half of 2026, the new mall is poised to set a new standard for luxury retail, combining nature, culture, gastronomy, and recreation.

Spanning approximately 339,000 square feet with a leasable area of around 115,000 square feet, the mall will feature an array of amenities. These include a supermarket, gym, play courts, a soft play and entertainment zone, and a variety of dining options.

With 35 retail shops and eateries, along with over 10 unique dining experiences, the mall is set to become a new destination for foodies in the city.

As Dubai keep sustainability at the forefront of its projects, the mall’s design also incorporates greenery, water features, natural lighting, energy-efficient systems, and solar panels.
