The French luxury maison revealed its newest cruise collection entirely via its digital platforms

While we might not be able to travel to Capri any time soon, Chanel is doing everything it can to awaken our senses and convey a true sense of summertime when sharing its latest pieces with us.
Under the creative direction of Virginie Viard the French luxury maison showcased its cruise 2020/21 collection online today at 12:00 CET (14:00 GST) via its digital platforms, making its first step into the world of virtually sharing its newest pieces to the fashion community and, of course, the brand’s loyal fans.

Traditionally the most important collection for the Middle East the unveiling – appropriately titled Balade en Méditerranée – can be viewed on both Chanel’s website and social media platforms.
As the fashion industry adapts to new ways to showcasing its work and making the most of innovative technologies due to the current circumstances, Chanel has done an excellent job of enticing us to tune in today.
The maison recently revealed a glimpse of the new cruise collection on its Instagram, sharing images of models in the collection against a serene backdrop and teaser videos created by Massimiliano Bomba.
The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, French fashion’s governing body, also plans to stage a digital version of the Haute Couture and men’s shows in July.
