On January 16th, those around the globe huddled around their TV’s as the very first episode of Love Island’s Season 9 lit up their screens – a mere six months since the popular reality tv series’ latest favourite couple, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti left the island £50,000 richer (approximately 221,863AED).
Now, the famous show has returned, and viewers are left getting familiar with the newest cast, and it seems as though Love Island’s first-ever Jordanian woman has already become a fan-favourite since standing up for the girls in the latest episode.
The managing director of Anissa Kermiche later took to Instagram as fans wondered why the star deleted the Love Island promotional picture off her feed. According to the Daily Star, Layla says, “That picture was not for me, like come on – it was bad.”
