In addition to creating the crowns of our dreams, Dolce & Gabbana designers Domenico and Stefano are no strangers to speaking their mind. The pair is often unwilling to toe the line, rather openly and honestly stating their opinions in interviews and on social media. Just last week they poked fun at the controversies that have surrounded the brand this year, in particular their choice to dress First Lady Melania Trump, when they released a T-shirt emblazoned with the words "#Boycott Dolce & Gabbana"

And now there's another feud in the works... with Miley Cyrus. We know, confusing.

The feud started when Miley posted an image of her brother Braison Cyrus walking the brand's Spring 2018 show across the weekend. Miley began her caption by gushing about how proud she was of her brother before adding "PS D&G, I STRONGLY disagree with your politics... but I do support your company's effort to celebrate young artists & give them the platform to shine their light for all to see."

Congrats @braisonccyrus on walking in your 1st runway show.... It's never been my little brothers dream to be a model as HE is one of the most talented musicians my ears have ever been given the gift of hearing.... BUT it is a Cyrus family trait to try everything once (within reason HA) and to embrace opportunities that encourage you to step out of your comfort zone! We believe in trying something new everyday! I love you Prince Suga Bear and seriously congratulations on your experience! I am so proud of you always.... From Nashville to Italy! PS D&G, I STRONGLY disagree with your politics.... but I do support your company's effort to celebrate young artists & give them the platform to shine their light for all to see!

Stefano Gabbana replied to the popstar's comment saying "Ignorant!!!" followed by "For your stupid comment never more work with him" with two heart emojis.

Not content with leaving it there, Stefano then reposted Miley's photo with his own caption that read: "We are Italian and we don't care about politics and mostly neither about the American one! We make dresses and if you think about doing politics with a post it's simply ignorant. We don't need your posts or comments so next time please ignore us!!"

And how did he sign of? With #BoycottDolceGabbana (and a few smiling emojis for good measure) of course.
