Cadillac Arabia Joins Forces With Regional Creators, As They Turn To The Road For Inspiration…
The luxury vehicle brand has teamed up with six GCC-based influencers to showcase some of its star models – the XT4, XT5 and XT6 – in a whole new light
There’s something freeing about the ability to wander the world, even if it just comes down to jumping behind the wheel and going for a quick ride; in fact, many creative souls throughout time have credited travel of all kinds – be it by air, land or sea – to be just what they need to reinvigorate their creative eye, bringing the muse firmly back to their side while working on their next masterpiece.
While 21st century travel may not be as glamorous as boarding an ocean liner destined for Europe, simple pleasures closer to home can do wonders for the soul.
Nobody understands this better than Dima Mursi, Mustafa Al Sheikh, Obaid AlBudoor, Ihsan Salhia, Lughass and Preet Uday who joined forces with Cadillac Arabia to add their own style and creativity to one of the most legendary vehicle brands in modern history. The brand has been part of pop culture since the 1950’s, and continues to play a starring role in it to this day.
This project connects Cadillac with regional icons of the future by providing them with a platform that highlights some of the star features of the cars in a way that has never been seen before.
The GCC-based content creators were challenged to capture the cars through their own respective creative eyes and were given free rein to add a dash of their own personalities to the respective models they were paired with. From selecting a location to bringing their visions to life, each one called the shots right down to hair, make-up, wardrobe and lighting when it came to photographing the respective model they were paired with.
Here, Bazaar shares a closer look at the photoshoot starring Cadillac’s XT series and, speaks to three creators to understand their creative visions
Cadillac XT4 by Dima Mursi
This compact SUV seamlessly blends functionality with luxury and comfort – a true treat to drive, whether you’re out running errands or on your way to a staycation. Inside the vehicle, a bold, refined and spacious cabin mirrors the exterior design of the car. Coming in two different models, Premium Luxury and Sport, this particular vehicle is an excellent option for those of us who enjoy the practicality and space of an SUV with an added touch of elegance incorporated into the design.
“Cadillac offered me a great opportunity to show their beautiful XT4 through my own lens. My camera lens is practically my own eyes,” says Dima Mursi, sharing her own experience. “For me, nothing beats the sense of freedom as you drive down the winding road, surrounded by nothing but nature’s striking landscape. This, to me, is freedom. Being one with the world, being free to go anywhere you like and see life through your own eyes. That’s why the project with Cadillac was so special to me in that it allowed me to bring that scope to the table.”

For those looking for size, grace and pace, the Cadillac XT6 is the best option when it comes to combining adventure with comfort and style. With advanced LED lighting technology – including the brand’s signature LED-illuminated light blades in the front for the daytime running lamps – elegance certainly isn’t sacrificed when it comes to riding in driving this vehicle.
“I’ve always appreciated the sharp edges and design aesthetics of Cadillacs, ever since I was young. When I saw the XT6, I wanted to take it to a place where I can show how beautiful those sharp edges can be. So, I took it to the mountains, where it came to life,” notes Obaid.
