Location

Situated in the South Male Atoll, on the shores of Vaaredhdhoo Faru Island, and surrounded by crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches, Atlantis The Royal, Maldives launches in 2029. Accessible via a 10-minute seaplane or a 25-minute speedboat from Velana International Airport, Malé; the destination spans approximately 1,368,890 square-metres, facing 5.8 kilometres of pristine beach front.

Accommodation & Facilities

The resort encompasses both Family Island and Luxury Island, offering 493 keys, housing 270 rooms and 223 villas and mansions. Culinary experiences include 20 dining venues with 17 renowned experiences such as Gastronomy, The Royal Tearoom, and Ossiano, alongside two beach clubs. The signature experience? Aquaventure occupies 70,000 square-metres, hosting up to 15 signature rides featuring the iconic Neptune and Poseidon Towers. Atlantis’ Lost Chambers Aquarium will showcase sustainably sourced marine life, native to the Maldives. Aligned with the Maldives’ mission for marine conservation, the resort prioritises ecosystem preservation through responsible design, energy efficiency, coral and seaweed regeneration, and water conservation systems.

Embracing a holistic approach to well-being, the resort includes a botanical alchemy zone, a world class spa featuring advanced longevity treatments, an overwater platform dedicated to yoga and breath work.
