Discover Blaura: A New Dubai-Based Clinic Starting A New Dialogue Around Women’s Wellness
Inspired by the founder’s own journey through the postpartum period, Blaura is set to reconceptualize holistic wellness for women of all ages, welcoming them and their little ones into a new haven for healing
From teenagers navigating their first periods to first-time mothers facing the challenges of postpartum, and women managing menopause, Blaura is more than just a wellness centre, it’s an escape. It’s a safe space where women can connect, build community, and find moments of calm away from life’s stresses.
Set to open its doors this autumn, Blaura is the region’s most comprehensive, scientifically-backed wellness centre dedicated exclusively to women and children. The idea was born from founder Sahar Zarringhalam’s personal journey through postpartum stress and motherhood, inspiring her to create a sanctuary for women at every stage of life.

Blaura focuses on supporting women and children through the physical, mental, and emotional hurdles they face—a mission deeply needed. As Sahar explains, “A mother and child are connected. A mother’s emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing directly affects her child’s. When a woman feels supported and healthy, that positive energy shows in her parenting, relationships, and the environment she creates at home. Blaura was created to nurture both ends of that bond, providing care and support for the caregiver and the child together.”
Located in Al Wasl, Jumeirah, Blaura’s 22,000-square-foot facility is designed to be a haven that blends advanced wellness technology with a nurturing, luxurious atmosphere. From high-end fitness studios and spa therapy rooms to relaxing family lounges and creative children’s play areas, every inch of the centre is thoughtfully crafted with care.

What makes Blaura stand out is its deeply personalised approach to wellness. Women can embark on tailored wellness journeys that support them through puberty, fertility, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause. These journeys incorporate hormone health and nutritional coaching, pelvic floor recovery, yoga and meditation sessions, and stress relief programs. Every element is thoughtfully designed to meet women where they are in life.

Sahar stresses the importance of personalised care: “Every woman’s wellness journey is unique. Whether it’s helping young girls understand their cycles or guiding mothers through postpartum recovery, our approach is always intentional and individualised.”

Children are a central part of the vision at Blaura. The centre offers creative workshops and emotional intelligence play zones that nurture children’s cognitive and emotional development. “Play is how children process the world around them,” Sahar notes. “Our spaces encourage expression, creativity, and mindfulness, ensuring children grow up with the emotional tools they need.”

Blaura uses a balanced wellness approach that combines scientific advancements with nurturing care. State-of-the-art technologies such as the PelviPower chair for pelvic floor therapy, the Satori Chair for improving sleep, and personalised skin analysis systems enhance recovery and wellness outcomes. The centre’s signature Blaura Method blends movement with these innovative therapies to support women’s health at every life stage.
Nutrition is another essential part of Blaura’s approach. The on-site café serves carefully curated, hormone-supportive meals designed to nourish and energise without feeling restrictive. “Food plays such a huge role in how we feel,” says Sahar. “Our menu focuses on clean, balanced ingredients that support energy, mood, and gut health throughout a woman’s life.”

But beyond its physical offerings, Blaura is built to be a community. Sahar envisions a space where women feel safe and supported, a place where they can openly share struggles and successes without judgement. “It’s a space where it’s okay to say, ‘I need help,’” she shares. Blaura has already cultivated a growing online community where women connect and support each other through various life challenges.
Looking into the future, Sahar hopes Blaura becomes more than a local wellness centre—it’s a movement. “I want Blaura to reshape how we think about women’s wellness, not just in Dubai, but globally. The Blaura Method is designed to be a blueprint that can support women anywhere.”

In a world where self-care is often pushed aside, Blaura reminds us that wellness is essential, not optional. It is a sanctuary where women and children can heal, grow, and thrive together, supported by expert care and a compassionate community.
