Introducing Chaumet’s Latest High Jewellery Collection: A Journey Through Nature
The French maison has unveiled its new High Jewellery collection at Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay, Paris
Presented at the Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay, a unique bucolic site nestled in the countryside near Paris, Chaumet recently celebrated its 2026 High Jewellery collection – A Journey Through Nature.
This history-steeped, former Cistercian abbey has been given a new life in the 19th century under the visionary aegis of Baronne Charlotte de Rothschild – now transported into the Chaumet spirit, reflecting beautifully onto the venue. Before, a space where monks abided in their refectories, now the jewellery was displayed suspended in between an air of what once was a monastery.
The French ambience infuses between the lush nature of the serene countryside, adding a dazzling sparkle to the already glimmering event. The occasion saw the attendance of numerous personalities and friends of the Maison, glittering in Chaumet creations:
Ed Westwick, the British actor who rose to fame in 2006’s ‘Children of Men‘ and is known worldwide for playing Chuck Bass in the series ‘Gossip Girl‘, wore two Mint Leaf brooches from the new A Journey Through Nature High Jewellery collection.
Song Hye Kyo – renowned South Korean actress, long-time Chaumet ambassador and a recent Best Actress winner at the Baeksang Arts Awards for her role in the series ‘The Glory’ – wearing the Peppercorn necklace and matching earrings. This parure is part of the new High Jewellery collection, A Journey Through Nature; Li Bingbing, an actress renowned for her roles in Chinese films such as Hollywood blockbusters ‘Resident Evil: Retribution’ and ‘The Meg’, wore the Vanilla Flower parure, composed of a necklace and a pair of earrings; French actress Sophie Marceau, a leading light in the country’s cinema, who rose to fame in Claude Pinoteau’s 1980 film ‘La Boum’ and is internationally recognised for her role in the James Bond film ‘The World Is Not Enough’, chose the Mint Leaf parure, composed of a necklace adorned with a 17.46-carat aquamarine and a pair of earrings.
Amy Jackson, the British producer, actress and model known for her various roles in Indian cinema, chose the necklace from the Envol High Jewellery collection. Having taken over 650 hours to make, it features a 10.96-carat cushion-cut Madagascar sapphire at its centre and is complemented by a pair of matching earrings.
Natasha Poly, celebrated Russian supermodel and runway regular, wore the Dahlia necklace and earrings from the Jewels by Nature High Jewellery collection; Yara Al Namlah, Saudi entrepreneur and friend of the Maison, wore the Nymphéa necklace and earrings; Japanese actress and singer Ko Shibasaki, founder of Les Trois Graces Inc., whose international renown stems from her roles in the films ‘Battle Royale’ and ‘47 Ronin’, chose two pieces from the High Jewellery collection Chaumet en Scène. Meanwhile, Thai actor Kanawut Traipipattanapong, nicknamed Gulf, accessorised his outfit with the Star Anisebrooch composed of six pink sapphires, from the High Jewellery collection A Journey Through Nature; and former Bazaar Arabia cover star Natalia Vodianova wore a parure from the Joséphine High Jewellery collection, composed of 17 exquisite pearls – a tribute to the long tradition of pearls at the house.
