Less than two weeks left to pick up a pair of the adidas Dubai Samba Sneakers, created in collaboration with @GoodbyeOldJumeirah.
The kicks pay tribute to one of the city’s most notable neighbourhoods and its community.
The collaboration was unveiled alongside a special exhibition at the brand’s Dubai flagship store, which wrapped on April 25.
This isn’t the first time adidas Dubai has collaborated with a notable UAE stalwart…
In 2022 the brand teamed up with Pakistani eatery Ravi’s, creating a pair of limited edition trainers inspired by the Satwa restaurant. The family-owned business has been around for 46 years and is run by Chaudary Abdul Hameed, who came to Dubai from Pakistan in 1978
The Originals design paid homage to the restaurant’s storied history: the green colourway celebrated the owner’s Pakistani heritage along with a hand-drawn river, along with “Ravi” and a notable touch of Arabic writing on the heel tab. It was released in stores on June 23 at Level Shoes in the Dubai Mall.
