With Eid al-Fitr just around the corner, UAE residents have started to make plans for the upcoming break. While the jury is still out as to whether the Emirates will have six or nine days off work, there’s no doubt many of us are ready to spend some much needed quality time with our families – and it certainly wouldn’t be an extended long-weekend without fireworks.
Here, Bazaar Arabia shares four of the best spots around town to watch the Eid al Fitr fireworks in Dubai.
Eid Al Fitr Fireworks in Dubai: 4 Spots With The Best Views
Global Village
The theme park is set to have a fireworks show every day this Eid Al Fitr weekend. The family-friendly destination is also set to have an Eid market offering traditional sweets and trinkets as well as live performances.
Al Seef
Nestled in Dubai’s heritage district, Al Seef includes a 1.8km promenade with a marina and dining destinations. The destination will also host a fireworks show on the second day of Eid, at 8pm.
Bluewaters Island and The Beach
Head to the island that overlooks the Jumeirah Beach Residence to end the Eid weekend with a spectacular show. Bluewaters and The Beach, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), are set to host a joint firework display on April 12 at 8pm.
Dubai Festival City
Festival Bay, at the mall in Dubai Festival City, will host displays at 10pm each night from April 5 to 7, to mark the last week of Ramadan. A special display will also be held in the area at 8pm on the first day of Eid.
