Eid Al Fitr Fireworks in Qatar: 3 of The Best Views

As the Arabian Gulf state is ready to welcome the joyous festival with spectacular shows, here are details on where to go with your friends and family during the holidays

As residents in Qatar and Muslims around the world gear up to celebrate Eid Al Fitr next week with their loved ones, several locations in the GCC country are hosting firework displays to mark the occasion.

Harper’s Bazaar Arabia has complied all the best spots in Doha where you can enjoy the dazzling shows from.

Where To Watch Eid Al Fitr Fireworks in Qatar

Souq Waqif

The city’s famous traditional market, Souq Waqif will hold a fireworks extravaganza starting from April 10 to 13, at 8.30pm.

Katara Cultural Village

Similarly, the Katara Cultural Village that is known for its art exhibitions, cultural displays and dining options, will also be hosting a magnificent show. The Fireworks will take place for three nights from April 10 to 12. Timings are yet to be announced.

Al Wakrah Old Souq

The skies at Al Wakrah Old Souq, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, will also illuminate their skies to mark the occasion. The fireworks will start at 8.30pm on the first four days of the Eid break.

Events Across Doha To Look Out For

Al Hazm Mall will also host Eid Al Fitr festivities from April 10 to 13. Meanwhile, Lusail Boulevard will have celebrations from April 10 to 12.

If you are looking to head somewhere that’s family friendly, the LEGO Show Qatar is taking place at the Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC) in Halls 8 and 9.

Additionally, Filipino stars Sarah Geronimo and rock musician Bamboo, are going to perform in a joint concert in Halls 3 and 4 on April 11, marking their first performance outside of the Philippines.
