Eugène Eugène at Kempinski Hotel, Mall of the Emirates, takes European elegance and repackages it in a fresh and dynamic way through its chic greenhouse brasserie design and market hall vibes. Bathed in natural light and layered with greenery – from olive and palm trees to laurel, sage, and rosemary – it’s as much an escape as it is a dining destination.

Created by RIKAS Hospitality Group – the visionaries behind Mimi Kakushi, Twiggy, and Chez Wam – the interiors are unlike anywhere else in the city. A sanctuary inspired by nature, its emerald-green marble bar provides a striking centrepiece, subtly contrasted with natural textures, woven cushions, and sumptuous armchairs. The result masterfully blurs the lines between relaxed business lunches, intimate dinners, and long, languid weekend gatherings.

As for the menu, its elevated European-inspired food executed with typical French finesse reflects the essence of modern brasserie dining: the freshest and finest ingredients prepared with a contemporary twist. Helmed by head chef Giacomo Boggio Casero and executive group chef Gilles Bosquet, Bazaar’s favourites include the Wagyu beef carpaccio, truffle artichoke salad, crozets à la truffle, and the indulgent Côte de Veau à la Normande. Apéritifs and post-dinner drinks are best enjoyed at the bar, where cocktails tell a story with every sip.
