Fans noticed one specific detail of Zenday’s Golden Globes ensemble – a sparkling diamond on her wedding finger

The 82nd Golden Globes was held in Hollywood last night and Zendaya certainly stole the limelight—not only for her nomination, but also for her silver screen starlet-inspired ensemble. The actor, who was up for an award for her role in Challengers, wore a custom copper-toned Louis Vuitton gown paired with Bvlgari jewellery, with one notable exception.

Fans on social media were quick to notice a sparkling ring on the fourth finger of her left hand, sparking speculation about a possible engagement to her boyfriend, Tom Holland. Zendaya and Holland, who have been romantically linked since the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017, have largely kept their relationship private but made it Instagram-official in September 2021. Fuelling the engagement rumours further, it was revealed that although Zendaya’s jewellery was borrowed from Bvlgari, the diamond ring seemed to be missing from the official Bvlgari press release.

Rumoured to be designed by British jewellery designer Jessica McCormack, the ring appears to feature her signature black and gold Georgian-inspired setting, and features a cushion cut diamond set east-to-west. Despite the rumours, neither Zendaya nor Tom Holland have confirmed the proposal, leaving fans to speculate whether the pair are engaged.
