Loewe Welcomes Salma Abu Deif As Its First Middle East Brand Ambassador
The highly acclaimed Egyptian celebrity and actress joins the Loewe family as the house’s first-ever brand ambassador from the region…
Gathering friends as stylish as its collections, Loewe has announced its first ever Middle East brand ambassador.
“It’s an incredible honour to join Loewe as a Brand Ambassador. I’ve long admired the house for its artistry and bold creativity, and this partnership allows me to express myself in new and meaningful ways,” says Salma Abu Deif, announcing her partnership with the cult-favourite Spanish maison. The brand’s ability to merge minimalism with innovation has always inspired me, and I deeply admire the way it champions individuality. I’m excited to represent these values as an ambassador and to share in a journey that celebrates creativity, self-expression and craft at the highest level.”
The Cairo-born actress trained at New York’s Stella Adler Studio of Acting, leading her to star in multiple esteemed Arabic television series and films. From playing the role of Sherine in Sheikh Jackson – showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival and selected as Egypt’s entry for the 2017 Academy Awards in the Foreign Language category – to attending the Loewe Spring/Summer 2026 women’s runway collection in Paris, the first under creative directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.

Founded in Spain in 1846, the brand has grown into one of the world’s most renowned luxury houses. With its core values centred around craftsmanship and understated artistry, creative directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez have aligned their artistic vision with a peerless quest for precision. From being awarded Designers of the Year at Parsons School of Design, to receiving five CFDA Designer of the Year and Accessories of the Year awards; the House’s artistic sensibilities and intellectual rigor are expertly under capable direction, now joined by an ultra-chic accomplice.
