For one night, luxury branded residences were reimagined as a live exhibition of art, performance and design. Guests arrived through a kinetic tunnel of flowing fabric, sculptural light, and projection before a choreographed lift of illuminated drapery revealed the architectural model of Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences at the centre of the ballroom. Throughout the evening, design-led spaces, a neon-lit sculptural bar and a live artwork by UAE artist Diaa Allam immersed guests in Mondrian’s bold, art-driven identity, underlining the project’s positioning as a new cultural landmark on Ras Al Khaimah’s coastline.
Hosted by Jessica Kahawaty, with DJ Tala Samman setting the tempo and regional personalities including Ola Farhat and Zeynab El-helw in attendance, the launch showcased how the residences are a destination where design, lifestyle and coastal glamour come together.

With a limited number of homes now released, registration for Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences is live through ELEVATE’s private client channels, partner brokers and the project website. The response has already reached the point where investors and agents are willing to queue outside for a glimpse of what’s coming.
