It involved a hit song by one of the region’s most famous singers…
HRH Queen Rania of Jordan celebrated her daughters’ birthdays yesterday with a sweet Instagram post yesterday, as she shared a video of Princess Iman bint Abdullah and Princess Salma bint Abdullah growing up together, set to the tune of Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram’s hit song, “Hey Girls.” In the caption, Her Majesty wrote “My two girls, may every year bring you infinite blessings, and may God protect you.”
This morning, Queen Rania share a portrait of herself with her two daughters, captioning it “To a long life #HappyBirthday.” Both Her Majesty and the princesses looked relaxed and chic, as the trio wore matching white shirts; the Queen paired her own crisp button-down with a pair of striped trousers, while Princess Iman and Princess Salma sported t-shirts and blue jeans.
The Jordanian princesses are born just a day apart; younger sister Princess Salma celebrated her 21st birthday on September 26, while Princess Iman turns 25 today.
HRH Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah of Jordan, Princess Iman and Princess Salma’s older brother, also shared birthday wishes with his younger sisters, writing “Salma and Iman… I wish you both joy and happiness in your life…Wishing my dear younger sisters Salma and Iman a very happy birthday” in a caption on Instagram.
