Elie Saab Is Bringing a Lifestyle Experience Inspired by Design and Harmony to the UAE

The Lebanese maison announced Yas Island’s first branded residential project

When the name Elie Saab comes to mind, you normally picture one of its breathtaking, intricately embellished gowns. But now, the brand has taken its signature elegance off the runway and into brick and mortar. This is Stellar by ELIE SAAB, the first branded residential project on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, a collaboration between Emirates Developments and the globally renowned fashion house.

Situated in the heart of Yas Island, the residence is sea-facing and surrounded by plenty of greenery. The project integrates into the island’s evolving landscape, offering direct access to its many attractions while still carving out a private recluse for residents.

When it comes to architecture, you can expect clean geometry, expansive glass façades, and natural materials, with spacious layouts. But inside is where the couture element rings true. The interiors bring that signature ELIE SAAB aesthetic with high-quality materials and Italian-made pieces from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, designed in collaboration with architect Carlo Colombo.

Residents will enjoy a pool, spa, fitness centre, lounges, private cinema, kids’ zones, retail spaces, and dining spots along a waterfront promenade. These shared spaces are shaped with the same eye for detail as the private residences, completing the whole lifestyle package.

As Elie Saab Jr., Vice Chairman and CEO of the ELIE SAAB Group, explains, “We aim to create experiences that go beyond design, bringing beauty and harmony into the way people live.”

Stellar by ELIE SAAB embodies that message. This is the kind of home that promises to make the day better simply by returning to it. So it’s no wonder that the project is set to become one of Yas Island’s most iconic addresses by its completion in 2028.
