The week ended on an extravagant Sunday night with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Governors Awards, at the Ray Dolby Ballroom. In partnership with Rolex, the annual event marked its 16th year on November 16; honouring recipients selected by the Academy’s Board of Governors. This year we celebrate the trailblazing talents of Debbie Allen, Tom Cruise, Wynn Thomas, and Dolly Parton who receives the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.
