Travelling This Summer? The Singleton Unveils An Exclusive Collection of Single Malts, Available at Selected Airports in The Region
Gardens of Abundance, Diageo Global Travel’s largest Malts launch to date, unveils four new whiskies
Savvy travelers know that the airport is often the best place to stock up on spirits, including exclusive or limited edition delights – and throughout the next few months, whisky enthusiasts can add not one but four brand new single malts to their shopping lists, ideal for gifting or keeping for one’s personal collection.
The Singleton and Diageo Global Travel have unveiled a collection of whiskies, the largest single malts launch to date for their travel retail, available only at selected airports around the world. Inspired by the beauty of Mother Nature’s seasonal flavours, the collection is available across all key airports in MENA and India starting August 2024.

Designed to take you on a multi-seasonal journey Radiant Spring Garden, Golden Autumn Orchard, Exotic Spice Grove and Deep Forest Riches single malts boast rich, verdant flavours.
Radiant Spring Garden is reminiscent of a spring day; its notes of fresh green apples, sun-soaked apricots and citrus are sure to tantalise the senses. This particular whisky is matured in select White Oak casks for an exceptional expression of Glendullan’s quintessential bright and fruity character. Golden Autumn Orchard is sure to be loved by those with a bit of a sweet tooth; boasting fruity notes of toffee apples and poached pears in syrup, with a dash vanilla and butterscotch, it makes for the perfect treat as the seasons turn and the nights grow longer.
Exotic Spice Grove envelopes the senses with rich hints of dark spiced honey, berries leading into notes of fig jam, cinnamon and nutmeg – an excellent option for those who prefer a wee dram during holiday season. Lastly, those looking to indulge in rich flavors can opt for Deep Forest Riches; with silken notes of dried fruits, raisins, dates and dark chocolate, plus having been Quadruple Cask Crafted – a technique where the whisky is left to age in four different seasoned casks – it’s certainly not one to be skipped.
“This is one of the most exciting collections we have ever worked on. They are flavour-first whiskies that let us push the boundaries of our craft. The Singleton team and I are incredibly proud of them, and I can’t wait for people to sample and explore,” says Dr. Craig Wilson, The Singleton Master Blender and visionary behind the collection.
“Inspired by seasonality, we developed flavours that evoke specific times and places,” he notes. “We focused on environments that inspired emotions and aromas, influencing not only the whisky but also the naming, recipes, and wood types used for aging. The first variant, Radiant Spring Garden, reflects the terroir of the distillery and its surroundings. As the collection progresses, it incorporates more exotic influences. The whiskies evolve from light, grassy notes to mature orchards, sweet spice groves, and rich forest woodiness.”

“Opening a bottle from this range is like stepping into a secret garden, with aromas of blooming flowers, fresh herbs, and ripe fruits, promising a unique sensory journey.”
The Singleton’s Gardens of Abundance will be available across all key airports in MENA and India starting August 2024. Cost upon request.
