Harper’s Bazaar Interiors: What are the trends you’re currently witnessing in the global design industry?
Farshid Moussavi: Design with a social purpose.

HBI: What projects are you presently working on? 
FM: Harrods Toy Department, extension to an art gallery, an office tower, a housing competition, and a perfume bottle!

HBI: Where do you source your creative inspiration from?
FM: Depends on the project!

HBI: What are your thoughts on the design scene in the Middle East?
FM: Bubbling…

HBI: What do you feel the Harper’s Bazaar Interior Awards mean for the region?
FM: It cultivated a culture of creativity and excellence.
