Just when you thought El Chiringuito couldn’t get any more Instagrammable, the Palm Jumeirah-based beach club unveils their latest dining concept ‘ECD By Night’. The candle-lit dinner by the sea overlooks Dubai’s twinkly skyline and sets an intimate scene perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Following in the footsteps of its Ibiza flagship, the evening is a laid-back affair with a Mediterranean-style sharing menu. Head chef Jèrome Palayer has curated a culinary selection of the beach club’s signature daytime dishes to start, including the tuna tartare and smoked aubergine served with homemade hummus and pesto, before turning our attention to the outdoor BBQ, where black angus filet mignon and the catch of the day are sizzling away.
Vegans and veggies, don’t panic – there’s plenty of options for you, too. There’s vegetarian risotto and an array of fresh roasted vegetables if meat isn’t your thing.
A dedicated staff is on hand at all times to make sure you have what you need, whether that’s a glass of grape or a blanket to swath yourself in from the chilly Dubai winter air – well, you know what we mean!
ECD by Night is available every Wednesday and Thursday at El Chiringuito, Rixos Palm Jumeirah.
