Kalba
Al Hefaiyah

Head to Kalba’s newly inaugurated Al Hefaiyah, where you can take a peaceful stroll around the lake and enjoy the serene surroundings. The lake adds to the natural beauty of the exclave of Sharjah, while also serving as a strategic water reservoir for the area.
Hanging Gardens

Another recently developed destination in the region, the Hanging Gardens, has several attractions to revel in during the cooler climate, such as delightful picnic spots and waterfalls. The destination also features designated recreational areas for children, making it a great option if you’re looking for a day out for the whole family.
Khor Kalba Mangrove Centre

This spot offers visitors not only an opportunity to enjoy the untouched mangroves of the city, but also educational insights regarding the conservation efforts in the region and it’s environmental biodiversity. Inside the centre, visitors enjoy watching various seabirds such as the rare Arabian Collared Kingfisher, in addition to marine life such as crabs, green turtles, and many fish.

Khor Fakkan Waterfalls

The man-made waterfall was built within a natural rock formation and overlooks the Khorfakkan Corniche. Towering 45 metres high, the attraction makes for a must-visit spot in the city. During the evenings, the waterfall is illuminated by lighting placed within the cascading water, making it the perfect backdrop for a stunning photo.
Al Rafisah Dam

Originally built in the 1980s, the current-day dam, transformed into a leisure spot, boasts a beautiful lakeside restaurant, mosque, play area, and kilometre-long walkway lined with palm trees. The crystal clear lake also has boating facilities overlooking the magnificent Hajar mountains.
Shees Park

Extending over more than 11,300 square meters, Shees Park is the perfect spot for a picturesque hike amongst nature. The scenic park features artificial waterfalls, picnic spots, and stone benches sprinkled throughout for guests to take a well earned rest.
Al Suhub Rest House
For breath-taking panoramic views of Khor Fakkan’s coastline and city, head to Al Suhub Rest House. The destination, located almost 600 metres above sea level, has become one of the exclave’s key tourist attractions and features viewing decks, hiking trails, as well as a restaurant and café.
