Start your day with a vitamin-packed green smoothie by Dalia Dogmoch
AVOCADO & YOGHURT SMOOTHIE
Prep 10 mins
Serves 2
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt (optional coconut yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp raw honey or agave syrup
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- ½ tsp matcha powdered green tea (optional)
Add the ingredients to a smoothie blender and blend until smooth. You may add a handful of ice cubes. Store in the fridge for one day.
