Start your day with a vitamin-packed green smoothie by Dalia Dogmoch

AVOCADO & YOGHURT SMOOTHIE

Serves 2

Kick-start 2018 as you mean to go on with  Dalia Dogmoch Soubra’s vitamin-packed  breakfast smoothies

Avocado & Yoghurt Smoothie

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (optional coconut yoghurt)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or agave syrup
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp matcha powdered green tea (optional)

Add the ingredients to a smoothie blender and blend until smooth. You may add a handful of ice cubes. Store in the fridge for one day.
