
What A Smoothie: Dalia Dogmoch Soubra Shares Three Healthy Drinks For The Season
Dalia Dogmoch Soubra presents three different takes on the queen of wellness drinks
Mango & Orange Blossom
Serves 2-3 • Prep time: 5 minutes
2 medium sized, ripe mangoes, peeled and deseeded, cut into chunks
300ml freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp orange blossom (or more if you desire)
2 or 3 fresh mint leaves
2 handfuls of ice cubes (5-6 pieces)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the ice cubes and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the ice cubes once you reach the desired consistency, blend until smooth again.
3. Pour into glasses to serve immediately, or keep refrigerated for up to two hours but blend again before serving.

Raspberry Lime & Rose Water
Serves 2-3 • Prep time: 5 minutes
200g raspberries
250ml ice cold water
20ml lime juice
4 tbsp agave syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp rose water (or more if you desire)
2 handful ice cubes (5-6 pieces)
Lime zest to garnish
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the ice cubes and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the ice cubes once you reach the desired consistency, blend until smooth again.
3. Pour into glasses and zest a little lime before serving.

Avocado Honey & Lemon
Serves 2-3 • Prep time: 5 minutes
1 ripe avocado, peeled and deseeded, cut into chunks
300ml unsweetened almond milk
1 – 2 tsp vanilla essence
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
3-4 tbsp honey
2 handful ice cubes (5-6 pieces)
Drizzle with honey for garnish
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the ice cubes and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the ice cubes once you reach the desired consistency, blend until smooth again.
3. Pour into glasses, drizzle a little honey and serve immediately. Enjoy!
